Outback Steakhouse, Have A Grill Party in A Country Styled Modern Resto

When it comes to western food, you have to try original Outback Steakhouse of America here in Jakarta. This restaurant has three branches in Jakarta. There are at Pondok Indah Mall 1, Ratu Plaza, and Kuningan City. All Western-style menus, as well as interior and atmosphere round wooden bar like you're in a cowboy country.

We were cordially invited to their media gathering last week. It was awesome! It’s been quite a long time since my first visit to their branch in Ratu Plaza, and there’s a bit changes they’ve made. The outdoor area is no longer exist, and they add more space to have a bar where people who smoke can sit in the bar and have some drinks.

“Outback Steakhouse is more like giving you the value of dinning, it’s giving you the warmth of a hospitality within the good food and place,” Ditha Fitriana the Marketing Manager gives us a brief about the Outback’s value.

Their appetizers are called Aussie-Tizers® and Outback's signature dish, the Typhoon Bloom which is an all-time favorite starter. As a steakhouse, Outback prides itself on its high quality steak and offers it seasoned and seared to perfection.

American-sized steaks are flat grilled just like they do in Australia, grilled on the outside, a little red and juicy on the inside. Yummm... Besides steaks, the must-tries are also known for Aussie Cheese Fries, Outback Sirloin, Prime Minister's Prime Rib, Alice Springs Chicken, Ribs and Chicken On the Barbie, seafood and pasta among many more amusing names.

Finally, you have to try the delectably sinful Chocolate Thunder From Down Under which is freshly – baked pecan brownie, topped with rich vanilla ice cream, hot homemade chocolate sauce and chocolate shavings.

Outback Steakhouse in South East Asia features a menu of juicy Australian choises such as Grain Fed Beef steaks, grilled chicken, fish, the signature Typhoon Bloom, plus drinks, salads and desserts. In Indonesia, Outback has created a number of new menu items to celebrate the big bold flavors that Outback is known for and to offer a variety of fresh new flavors for customers.

For the menu of burgers, Outback Steakhouse’s Grilled Chicken and Swiss Sandwich which is a burger with a grilled chicken breast meat, sweet caramelized onions and melted Swiss cheese giving you the savory taste that you can forget. Each table in the Outback can have free complementary whole meal bread which is quite large in size with topical butter that tastes so great!

A Romantic Spanish Atmosphere and Cuisine in The Heart of Jakarta Busy Area

Entrada serve an extensive variety of Tapas to suit your dining pleasure. Salpicado is one of the favorite, it taste so tender and juicy, with beef sauteed in olive oil and garlic, or the Chef’s signature creamy sauce. Head Chef Neadj Villanueva, is really nice to give us a brief about Entrada’s signature dishes. “All the Entrada dish are completed with homade sauce, we don’t use the sauce in bottles, we create it,” Chef Neadj explained us about how is Entrada making a healthy food for everyone.

All the sauces in Entrada are definately fresh. The don’t use any preservative to their cooking. The other signature of Entrada is Rollitos De Primavera Con Taco De Carne (Beef Taco Spring Roll), spring rolls stuffed with spiced veal, cheddar cheese and lettuce, served with tomato salsa and cheese dip.

Another well-loved tapas is Gambas Al Ajillo (Sauteed Garlic Shrimp), enjoy a mouth watering poached shrimp drenched in garlic and smokey paprika seasoning. A simple dish, simply cooked to perfection.

Originally a dish to accompany celebrations in Spain, the Paella is rich in flavor, aromatic, and a great way to bond with your company. Prepared in a traditional Paella pan, Entrada Restobar’s patrons have two mouth watering options to choose from Entrada Special Paella Spanish, contain of avorio rice seasoned with saffron, topped with seafood, chicken or pork. Or you can try Squid Ink Paella with Seafood Spanish Avorio rice cooked with squid ink, topped with a wide selection of seafood.

Entrada has a wide selection of drinks. Beers, cocktails, mocktails, and smoothies. Typical Spanish drink, Sangria is also presented here with two options, Red Sangria which is a mixture of brandy with orange liquor and red wine, and White Sangria, a mixture of white wine and lychee liquor are presented with additional orchid flower.

It’s not just a regular juice, you can have a sip of Pommegranate Virgin Mojito, it is actually a development of the classic mojito cocktail ingredients changed and replaced by not using rum, and also there is the addition of pommegranate juice. The taste is so rich so you will never had enough of it.

So, back to the childhood, you might have cotton candy by the sideroads. In Entrada, cotton candy with vodka citroen and orange liquor, lime squeeze, and pommegranare essence is very tempting for the adults! The Cotton Candy Cocktail is served by placing the cotton candy on the glass and pouring the complete cocktail on the glass. So unique! Dessert? Head straight for the churros con chocolate (churros with rich chocolate sauce).

There’s a lot of selections that you can try too, if you want some beef and lamb, then you should order Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Waldorf Salad. For the lamb menu, Tagine Spiced Lamb Cutlets Grilled with Roast Peach and couscous is a must to try! All the meat and lambs are put into herbs preparations before being cooked and processed into a menu. So that the meat and lamb will be more fragrant and tastes good too.

Cheese Selection with Grapes Apples and Red Onion Marmalade can be your selection for dessert. This menu is more than a very healthy one. You got cheese and fruits combine with slices of fresh red onion and marmalade. Yumm!
