Entrada
serve an extensive variety of Tapas to suit your dining pleasure. Salpicado is
one of the favorite, it taste so tender and juicy, with beef sauteed in olive
oil and garlic, or the Chef’s signature creamy sauce. Head Chef Neadj Villanueva, is really nice to give us a brief about
Entrada’s signature dishes. “All the Entrada dish are completed with
homade sauce, we don’t use the sauce in bottles, we create it,” Chef Neadj
explained us about how is Entrada making a healthy food for everyone.
All
the sauces in Entrada are definately fresh. The don’t use any preservative to
their cooking. The other signature of Entrada is Rollitos De Primavera Con Taco
De Carne (Beef Taco Spring Roll), spring rolls stuffed with spiced veal, cheddar
cheese and lettuce, served with tomato salsa and cheese dip.
Another well-loved tapas is Gambas Al Ajillo (Sauteed
Garlic Shrimp), enjoy a mouth watering poached shrimp drenched in garlic and
smokey paprika seasoning. A simple dish, simply cooked to perfection.
Originally a dish to accompany
celebrations in Spain, the Paella is rich in flavor, aromatic, and a great way
to bond with your company. Prepared in a traditional Paella pan, Entrada
Restobar’s patrons have two mouth watering options to choose from Entrada
Special Paella Spanish, contain of
avorio rice seasoned with saffron, topped with seafood, chicken or pork. Or you can try Squid Ink Paella with
Seafood Spanish Avorio rice cooked
with squid ink, topped with a wide selection of seafood.
Entrada has a wide selection of drinks. Beers,
cocktails, mocktails, and smoothies. Typical Spanish drink, Sangria is also
presented here with two options, Red Sangria which is a mixture of brandy with orange
liquor and red wine, and White Sangria, a mixture of white wine and lychee
liquor are presented with additional orchid flower.
It’s not just a regular juice, you can have a sip
of Pommegranate Virgin Mojito, it is actually a development of the classic
mojito cocktail ingredients changed and replaced by not using rum, and also
there is the addition of pommegranate juice. The taste is so rich so you will
never had enough of it.
So, back to the childhood, you might have cotton
candy by the sideroads. In Entrada, cotton candy with vodka citroen and orange
liquor, lime squeeze, and pommegranare essence is very tempting for the adults!
The Cotton Candy Cocktail is served by placing the cotton candy on the glass
and pouring the complete cocktail on the glass. So unique! Dessert? Head straight for the churros con chocolate (churros with rich chocolate sauce).
